职业院校德育工作面临的困境与对策

摘 要 新时代的高素质人才是德才兼备的综合性人才，职业素养培养是职业院校安身立命之本。德育工作是职业教育的重要组成部分，但当前许多职业院校中存在对德育工作重视不足，工作队伍配备不足、授课方式单一等共性问题，同时，信息网络技术的高速发展给职业院校德育工作提出了新的要求和挑战。本文在此基础上，分析面临的困境，并提出对策，多措并举，促进职业院校德育工作向规范化、制度化、科学化发展。

Abstract The high-quality talents in the new era are comprehensive talents with both ability and political integrity， and the cultivation of professional quality is the foundation for vocational colleges to settle down. Moral education is an important part of vocational education， but there are some common problems in many vocational colleges， such as the lack of attention to moral education， the lack of staff and the single teaching method. At the same time， the rapid development of information and network technology puts forward new requirements and challenges for moral education in vocational colleges. On this basis， this paper analyzes the difficulties faced and puts forward countermeasures to promote the standardization， institutionalization and scientific development of moral education in vocational colleges.

0 引言

“育人為本、德育为先”理念，体现了中国特色社会主义大学培养人才的基本规律。职业院校作为培养高素质技能型人才的重要载体和摇篮，承担着培养数以亿计中国特色社会主义建设者和劳动者的重任，不仅要注重学生的职业技能，更要注重培养其优良的道德品质，把德育工作放在首位，切实把“立德树人”根本任务抓在手，抗在肩，落到地。为加强职业院校的德育工作，国家出台了一系列政策和指导意见，对职业院校的德育工作提出了明确要求，例如《教育部办公厅关于加强和改进新时代中等职业学校德育工作的意见》（教职成厅〔2019〕7号）中提出德育工作要突出时代主题、切实发挥思想政治课关键课程作用、强化教育引导和实践养成等内容;《职业教育提质培优行动计划（2020—2023年）》中提出的十项重点任务中，首要任务便是“落实立德树人根本任务”，明确要求：“育人为本，质量为先”。……
