基于用户体验理念的老年助行产品研究

摘要：为了完善在用户体验理念在老年助行产品中的应用与研发。阐述了用户体验的概念以及要素模型，将案例和用户体验的设计原则和设计方法相结合，对老年群体的特征和需求进行分析。总结出在用户体验理念下老年助行器的设计要点。该设计原则可为在用户体验理念下老年助行产品的研究提供了参考。关键词：用户体验设计老年群体分析行为分析助行器设计原则

Abstract： in order to improve the application and development of the userexperience concept in the elderly walking products.Through literature collection andcollection of relevant information， the concept and factor model of user experienceare elaborated in depth， and the design principles and methods of user experienceare venified with actual cases. At the same time. the characteristics and needs ofthe elderly group are explored and analyzed.Summarize the key points of the designof walking AIDS for the elderly under the concept of user experience.This designprinciple can provide reference for the research of walking AIDS for the elderly underthe concept of user experience

引言

當前人口老龄化的速度不断加快，老年群体的规模也在不断扩大。老年人出行安全也成为了一个不容忽视的问题，使用助行器是保护老年人出行安全最有效的途径之一。但当下大部分助行产品仍处在初级阶段，通过结合用户体验的相关方法和具体分析老年群体的特征及需求，将老年群体的需求和用户体验相结合，实现老年人获得无障碍的用户体验，同时获得情感上的满足和自我认同感的提升。

一、用户体验概述

（一）用户体验基础理论：用户体验一词最早是由唐纳德·诺曼在其所发表的《UX Design Dedined》中所提出。用户体验的核心就是以用户为中心的一种设计手段，以用户需求为目标而进行的设计[1]。在产品开发的每一个环节都把用户因素纳入设计的总体范畴之中。以用户为中心的设计并不是为所有人而设计，仅仅是作为一个满足目标用户需求的过程。其过程包含从前期的设计调研到用户建立再到最后的方案确定，如图l。……
