“多级协作’’人才培养模式实践研究一以广东理工学院环境设计专业为例

摘要：本文的目的是研究广东理工学院在环境设计专业人才培养模式方面的实践。在分析专业学生和专业课教师组成现状的基础上，基于“多级协作”人才培养模式的应用过程做出梳理，重点阐述了调整学生设计初启后的教学设计实践、充分发挥在校企之间的桥梁作用，使之成为学校教学改革的后盾。创新了课程建设模式，模块化设计课程组群。对于工科综合类院校各专业、各年级之间的多方位协作，转变不适应新阶段的教学实践，为同类院校的教学改革提供参考。

Abstract： The purpose of this article is to study the practice of GuangdongUniversity of Technology and Construction in the cultivation of environmentaldesign professionals Based on the analysis Of the status quo of the composition ofprofessional students and professional course teachers， the application processof the“multi-level collaboration”talent training model is sorted out， focusing onadjusting the teaching design practice after the initial design of students， and givingfull play to the role in the school and enterprise. The role of a bridge between thetwo makes it a backing for the school'S education reform. Innovated the curriculumconstruction model and the design of curriculum groups.For the multifacetedcollaboration between various maJors and grades in comprehensive engineeringcolleges， the transformation of teaching practices that are not suitable for the newstage provides a reference for the teaching reform of similar colleges

引言

2019年2月23日，《加快推進教育现代化实施方案（2018-2022年）》印发，提出“健全产教融合的办学体制机制，开展国家产教融合建设试点”。2019年3月，国家发展改革委、教育部印发《建设产教融合型企业实施办法（试行）》，对建设产教融合型企业提出了具体的部署。

从文献资料查阅来看，推进高等教育人才培养模式多样化的研究始于2007年，于2011年进入缓慢发展时期，于2014年进入迅速发展时期，这些研究和国家的顶层设计密切相关。通过对文献发表机构的分析，可以看出江苏在这一领域的研究成果最多。此外，广东、浙江等省市的研究成果也较为丰硕。从研究热点、知识演进与发展趋势通过关键词共现分析，可以看出，我国高等教育的人才培养模式领域的研究热点主要有课程建设、师资力量整合、校企协同育人、应用型人才培养、转型发展、工作室制等。……
