目标成本法在企业成本管理中的应用分析

【摘  要】如今，随着我国经济的迅速发展，市场竞争的日趋激烈，企业盈利空间被逐渐压缩。人力、物资不再是企业发展中的首要问题，成本成为大多数企业关注的要点。通过采取适当的管理模式，可使企业运作项目的流程得到改善。例如，事前设定成本目标，运作过程中管控成本的发生和项目完成后的整体评估，能够节省更多的成本，从而达到有效评判项目各个流程是否达到标准和项目盈利的目的，保障企业经营目标的完成。

【Abstract】Nowadays， with the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly fierce market competition， the profit space of enterprises is gradually compressed. Human resources and materials are no longer the primary problems in the development of enterprises， and cost has become the focus of most enterprises. By adopting appropriate management mode， the process of enterprises' project operation can be improved. For example， setting targets of costs in advance， managing and controlling the occurrence of costs and the overall evaluation after the completion of the project in the operation process can save more costs， so as to achieve the purpose of effectively judging whether each process of the project meets the standards and project profitability， and ensure the completion of the business objectives of enterprises.

1 引言

如今，企业面临的市场竞争越来越激烈，主要是由于过去的成本控制只重视事后控制（feedback control）与管理，缺乏前馈控制（feedforward control）和管理，导致企业成本支出增加，难以促进现代化企业的健康可持续发展。在这样的情况下，企业成本管理尤为重要，企业需要充分运用目标成本法来降低其成本支出，为自身创造更多的经济效益，这对促进我国现代化企业的全面稳定发展而言起着不可忽视的作用。

2 成本管理中存在的问题

那么如何进行有效的成本管理，就需要从现在企业普遍存在的现象来分析问题，从而解决问题。本文从员工、公司管理者和市场等不同角度来揭示各自存在的问题。

2.1 员工缺乏积极性

当前经济阶段，我国公司往往采取的是自上而下的管理方式。普通员工只是被动地接受上级领导的指标任务，缺乏主观能动性，对成本管理认识不全面。……
