加强企业内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作的对策分析

【摘  要】新时代发展背景下，企业生产经营过程中所面临的风险越来越多，进一步做好内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作尤为关键，必须予以充分的重视。论文结合新时代企业内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作的特点与需求，提出企业进一步加强内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作的策略，包括认清形势、落实工作职责、积极开展宣传教育工作、加快规章制度建设进程、做好技防设施建设工作、打造专业化人才队伍。

【Abstract】Under the background of the development of the new era， enterprises are facing more and more risks in the process of production and operation. It is particularly critical to further improve the internal stability maintenance and comprehensive management of security， which must be paid full attention to. Combined with the characteristics and demands of the internal stability maintenance and comprehensive protection of enterprises in the new era， the paper puts forward the strategies for enterprises to further strengthen the internal stability maintenance and comprehensive protection， including a clear understanding of the situation， the implementation of work responsibilities， actively carry out publicity and education， speed up the construction process of rules and regulations， do a good job in the construction of technical defense facilities， to create professional personnel team.

1 引言

内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作均是企业日常工作的重点内容，是一项长期且系统的工作内容，不仅事关企业改革发展能力和转型升级，而且与社会和谐稳定有十分密切的关联。新时代发展背景下，企业在工作开展过程中存在着一些亟需解决的问题。例如，一些企业对维稳工作和保卫综合治理缺乏重视，未形成工作合力，存在不出大事不问责的情况，且相关的规章制度建设尚不健全。考虑到企业内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作具有长期性、复杂性及范围广泛的特点，势必导致日常工作会更多和更细，因而掌握内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作要点与策略尤为关键。本文从多个方面对企业内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作的对策作分析探讨。

2 认清形势，落实工作职责

企业要高效落实内部维稳和保卫综合治理工作，必须从思想层面作出改变，认清形势，尤其是各级领导要给予充分的重视。……
