旅游管理专业本科实践教学微观路径研究

摘  要：在新时代背景下，旅游高等教育粗放型、外延式发展与产业发展的矛盾日益突出。实践教学是教学体系的重要组成部分，是夯实专业教育质量的关键。实践教学能够联通旅游专业教育与旅游产业，提升人才的综合培养质量，促进高等旅游教育健康发展。根据旅游管理本科专业实践教学存在的矛盾，提出改革旅游管理本科专业实践教学的路径，实现实践教学和旅游管理专业学生就业的链联，以高质量的人才供给推动旅游产业的发展。

Abstract： Under the background of the new era， the contradiction between extensive and extensive development of tourism higher education and industrial development is becoming increasingly prominent. Practice teaching is an important part of the teaching system and the key to tamping the quality of professional education. Practice teaching can link tourism education and tourism industry， improve the quality of comprehensive training， and promote the healthy development of higher tourism education. According to the contradiction existing in the practice teaching of the undergraduate major of tourism management， this paper puts forward the path of reforming the practice teaching of the undergraduate major of tourism management to realize the link between thepractice teaching and the employment of the students of tourism management， promoting the development of tourism industry with the supply of high-quality talents.

新时期，全域旅游以旅游业为主导产业，覆盖一、二、三产业，开拓了旅游专业人才新的就业空间。旅游专业教育必须重视实践教学的重要性，以学生就业为导向，重新定位人才培养的目标，改革教学模式，搭建校内校外实践教学平台，从而培养能适应新发展理念、新业态、新技术、新模式、新规划管理的专业应用型人才，切实解决学生的生存和职业发展问题。旅游专业人才的培养与产业实际存在严重的供需错位矛盾。

一、实践教学推进与产业发展的矛盾体现

重基础，轻专业的人才培养无法满足旅游产业对旅游专业人才的需要，目前旅游管理专业实践教学的人才培养与旅游产业的人才需求错位，随着旅游产业的发展日趋明显。其矛盾主要表现在以下几点：
