物流专业核心课课程思政建设策略探讨

摘  要：课程思政建设要求专业课程与思政教育有机融合，以实现全员全过程全方位育人的目标。专业核心课是学校投入最多，对学生影响最直接的课程，此类课程容易产生明显的育人成效，因此加强专业核心课课程思政建设至关重要。然而目前高职院校物流专业课程思政普遍存在育人机制不完善、教师课程思政能力不足的问题。以物流专业核心课“仓储与配送管理”为例，提出要加强课程思政顶层设计，提升教师素养，明确课程目标，挖掘教学内容中的思政内涵和改革教学方法。

Abstract： The ideological and political construction of curriculum requires the organic integration of professional courses and ideological and political education， in order to achieve the goal of all staff in the whole process and all-round education. Professional core courses are the courses which are invested the most and have the most direct impact on students. Such courses are likely to produce obvious educational effects， so it is very important to strengthen the ideological and political construction of professional core course. However， at present， there are many problems in the ideological and political courses of logistics major in higher vocational colleges， such as the imperfect education mechanism and insufficient ideological and political abilities of teachers. Taking the logistics core course“warehousing and distribution management”as an example， this paper proposes to strengthen the top-level design of ideological and political course， improve the quality of teachers， clarify the curriculum objectives，excavate the ideological and political connotation in the teaching content and reform the teaching methods.

2014年，上海的高校率先探索并實践课程思政改革。2016年，习近平主席在高校思想政治会议上明确强调，要把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。此后，各级各类教育文件和实践都指向高校课程思政建设，2017年《高校思想政治工作质量提升工作实施纲要》发布，“课程思政”首次被写入教育部文件。2019年8月，《关于深化新时代学校思想政治理论课改革创新的若干意见》要求坚持思政课在课程体系中的政治和价值引领作用，统筹大、中、小学思政课一体化建设，促进各类课程与思想政治课程建设形成协同效应。由此可见，“课程思政”在国家战略上已经由高等教育覆盖到各个阶段的教育，成为了教育教学改革的新趋势。同时，近几年来我国社会物流需求总体水平保持平稳增长，根据中国物流与采购联合会统计数据，2018年物流总额283.1万亿元，同比增长6.4%;2019年，物流总额达到298.0万亿元，同比增长5.9%。……
