促进幼儿“德智体美劳”全面发展

摘  要：《幼儿园教育指导纲要》明确提出：“教育评价是提高教育质量的必要手段。”区域活动是幼儿园一日活动中重要的教育形式之一，但是针对区域活动的评价却存在较多问题，例如评价系统不完善、评价活动主题不清晰以及评价侧重结果等。为此，本文主要立足于幼儿全面发展角度，有针对性地提出和完善区域活动中幼儿发展评价的具体措施，以期望通过本文的探究能够为构建和完善幼儿德智体美劳全面培养发展的教育评价体系做出积极贡献。

当前，素质教育广泛引起了世界各地的重视，这也是许多国家和地区发展教育实践和制定教育政策的基本前提。我国在2016年提出学生素养要以全面发展为重心，这一观点也为幼儿园教育提供了发展方向，使幼儿园教育有了更准确的定位，并且在教育视野上进一步拓宽，同时为幼儿园区域活动的评价提供了更加合理的教育质量关。区域活动是幼儿非常喜欢的一种学习活动，其自由、自主、自发的的特点可以让幼儿不受约束、大显身手，教师可以亲历其中，通过观察切实感受幼儿的行为、性格和学习品质，对孩子的进一步发展有了更精准和有效的评价。区域评价作为考察区域活动开展是否具备教育意义的保障，是教师了解区域活动的适宜性、有效性，对教师工作进行调节和优化，从而使区域活动质量不断提升，为幼儿深度学习和未来发展提供保障。……
