〔摘要〕 代谢组学作为系统生物学研究领域的一门新兴学科,可以对小分子代谢终端产物进行动态、多元化的网络检测。2型糖尿病是以糖、脂代谢紊乱为主要特征的慢性代谢性疾病。本文通过代谢组学技术探讨不同证候2型糖尿病患者或动物模型及中药复方作用下生物体内代谢方式的改变和代谢产物的差异。根据特异性代谢产物的变化,以期对2型糖尿病中医辨证的分型和复方药效机制的研究提供参考依据。

Metabonomics Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Compound
Prescriptions of Type 2 Diabetes

〔Abstract〕 As an emerging discipline in the field of systems biology research, metabolomics can conduct dynamic and diversified network detection of small molecule metabolic end products. Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism. In this paper, metabolomics techniques are used to explore the changes in metabolism and the differences in metabolites in organisms under the action of different syndromes of type 2 diabetes patients or animal models and Chinese herbal compound. According to the changes of specific metabolites, it is hoped to provide a reference for the research on the type of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes and the study of the compound pharmacodynamic mechanism.

糖尿病是由于胰島素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能缺陷引起的,以慢性血糖升高为特征的代谢疾病。有研究[1]报道,截止到2017年,世界范围内约有4.5亿的糖尿病患者,预计2045年患者总人数将达到6.93 亿。因此,深入开展糖尿病研究工作迫在眉睫。中医药作为朴素唯物主义哲学观与几千年临床经验相结合的实践产物,药效温和持久,在改善胰岛功能及其并发症防治方面有着独到的见解与思路。代谢组学是一种根据内、外源刺激对生物体代谢网络的影响,来研究该机体病理状态的技术手段[2-3]。如今,凭借着高分辨率、高灵敏性及高通量的检测优势[4],代谢组学技术广泛应用于糖尿病生物标志物检测中,从代谢角度为中医药控制血糖提供了新的研究思路和方法。
1 代谢组学在中医证候和中药复方研究中的意义
组方遣药,方随证出,中医论治的关键在于辨证。……
