中职汽车专业教学改革中一体化教学模式的应用策略

摘 要：在中等职业技术教育发展的过程中，为适应社会中汽车专业人才的培养需求，汽车专业已经成为了中职教育中的热门专业。但是在现阶段的中职汽车专业教学中，仍然需要通过教学改革来实现教学效率的提升。因此，教师应充分认识到中职汽车专业教学改革的必要性和一体化教学模式应用的必要性，并通过对一体化教学模式的有效运用，来增强中职汽车专业教学的效果。

The Application Strategy of Integrated Teaching Mode in the Teaching Reform of Automobile Specialty in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：In the process of the development of secondary vocational and technical education， to meet the needs of the training of automotive professionals in the society， the automotive major has become a popular major in secondary vocational education. However， in the current automotive professional teaching of secondary vocational schools， it is still necessary to improve teaching efficiency through teaching reforms. Therefore， teachers should fully realize the necessity of the teaching reform of the secondary vocational automobile major and the necessity of the application of the integrated teaching model， and enhance the effect of the secondary vocational automotive professional teaching through the effective use of the integrated teaching model.

1 引言

近年來，随着我国汽车消费规模的增加，不管是汽车交易市场还是生产行业都获得了极大的发展，这就导致了汽车方面专业人才的缺口越来越大。而中等职业教育作为培养专业技术型人才的重要基地，面对汽车专业人才紧缺的社会形势，纷纷开设了汽车专业。但是就现阶段中职汽车专业教学的现状来看，教学效果不尽如人意，仍然需要进行一系列的改革与完善。而一体化教学模式作为现阶段最为先进的一种教学模式，在职业教学改革过程中发挥着不可忽视的促进作用。因此，这就需要教师在对中职汽车专业进行改革的过程中应充分认识一体化教学模式，并通过积极的运用来实现中职汽车专业教学的优化与完善，实现中职汽车专业改革进程的推动。
