数字经济背景下代理记账行业员工培训现状研究

【摘  要】在社会经济不断发展的今天，会计核算工作在社会中的作用越来越重要。论文主要对当前数字化经济背景下的代理记账工作行业工作人员的培训状况进行了分析，首先阐述了代理记账工作员工培训存在从业人员素质不高、内部管控机制不健全、部分员工不重视代理记账等情况。为解决这些问题，需要企业通过制定完善行业规范、拓宽员工业务范围、健全内部管理机制等方法来提高从业人员工作质量与效率，保证代理记账工作的顺利进行。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of social economy today， the role of accounting in society is becoming more and more important. This paper mainly analyzes the training status of the employee in the agency bookkeeping industry under the current digital economy background. The paper firstly describes the problems existing in agency bookkeeping employee training， such as the quality of employees is not high， the internal control mechanism is not perfect， some employees do not pay attention to the agency bookkeeping， etc. In order to solve these problems， enterprises need to improve the industry standards， broaden the scope of staff business， improve the internal management mechanism and other methods to improve the quality and efficiency of the employees， to ensure the smooth progress of the agency bookkeeping work.

1 引言

代理记账指的是企业将会计工作中的主要核算工作交给专门从事会计代理记账的中介机构进行完成。在数字经济的影响下，互联网技术也在不断发展，为代理记账企业的发展带来了新的挑战，导致代理会计企业不单单是与企业之间进行业务间的往来，更是要保证会计服务的高端，为企业获取到更高的利益。当前客户的财务、税务的需求越来越高，因此，需要加强对于代理记账工作人员的培训，提高代理记賬工作人员的综合素质，为企业提供更加优质的服务。

2 代理记账工作员工培训现状

2.1 从业人员素质不高

在数字经济的背景下，代理会计行业迎来了新时代，转变了传统手工作业的方法，利用计算机软件通过云计算、大数据等技术进行数据的计算以及储存，这种工作方法能有效地提高员工的工作效率[1]。……
