论国企混改面临的挑战和改革新趋势

【摘  要】随着社会经济的不断发展和进步，市场在资源配置中起着决定性的作用，市场经济在国家经济的发展中具有十分重要的地位。作为市场竞争中的重要组成部分，国有企业与民营企业各自发挥着应有的价值，但国有企业与民营企业相比，在实际的经营中还是出现经营效率较低的现象。在这样的情况下，有必要对国有企业进行相应的改革，2016年我国开始进行国企的混改制度，这为国企发展提供了新的方向。

【Abstract】With the continuous development and progress of social economy， the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources， and the market economy plays a very important role in the development of national economy. As an important part of market competition， state-owned enterprises and private enterprises play their due value， but compared with private enterprises， state-owned enterprises still have lower operating efficiency in actual operation. Under such circumstances， it is necessary to reform state-owned enterprises accordingly. In 2016， China began to carry out the mixed reform system of state-owned enterprises， which provided a new direction for the development of state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

经济的快速发展给各个行业和企业提出了更高的要求，带动了新兴的企业发展，各类企业的出现给人们的生活带来了极大的便利，但同时也存在企业机构不合理、体制不健全、经营思路转变慢等问题，在这样的情况下，相关工作人员就需要对其采取相应的改革措施，特别是国有企业，对国有企业进行混合所有制的改革，可以大大提高国有企业的工作效率，促进企业改革创新的能力，进而焕发出新的生机和活力[1]。

2 我国国企进行改革的背景和意义

2.1 国企改革的研究背景

在混合所有制成为国企改革中新的发展焦点之后，我国许多大中型国有企业开始进行股份制的改革，采取混合所有制的经营方式。这种经营方式从一定意义上来说，具有一定的优势，这意味着国企与民企合作的公司也在形式上成为了混合所有制的企业。……
