后疫情时代酒店业银发市场营销

【摘  要】新冠疫情给人们的经济、生活等多方面带来了冲击和影响。旅游业是受疫情影响最严重的行业之一。因我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深和速度的加快，银发市场对旅游业来说潜力巨大。老年人旅游有选择时间灵活等特征，这使其旅游计划受疫情影响相对较小，因而旅游行业尤其是酒店行业可以通过抓住银发市场在后疫情时代谋发展。论文分析了老年人消费心理及行为，并为酒店业在后疫情时代的营销提出相应对策和建议。

【Abstract】COVID-19 epidemic has brought impact and influence to people's economy and life. Tourism industry is one of the industries most seriously affected by the epidemic. With the deepening of the aging population in China and the acceleration of its speed， the silver hair market has great potential for tourism industry. The elderly travel has the characteristics of flexible choice of time， which makes their travel plans less affected by the epidemic situation. Therefore， the tourism industry， especially the hotel industry， can develop in the post-epidemic era by grasping the silver hair market. This paper analyzes the consumption psychology and behavior of the elderly， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the marketing of the hotel industry in the post-epidemic era.

1 引言

自2020年初开始的新冠疫情席卷全球，给人们的生活和各个行业都带来了巨大的影响，受到疫情创伤最严重的行业莫属旅游行业。据网络报道，2020年上半年整个旅游行业损失超过2000亿元。但随着我国防控措施的有效实施，2020下半年旅游行业有所复苏。但随着气温的降低，2020年底以来，受境外输入的影响，我国疫情形势有所反弹。为防止春节大规模人员流动可能会带来的疫情反复，不少地区倡导就地过年，这对旅游行业又将是一个打击。随着新冠疫苗的上市和春节后天气的回暖，旅游业有可能会再次复苏，但恢复到疫情以前的状况也许需要更长的时间。

面对疫情带来的重创，旅游业包括酒店行业需要及时看清形势把握住市场。酒店行业的年龄市场细分中，银发市场即老年人客户是相对来说受疫情影响变化较小的群体，主要有以下几个原因：
