企业经营管理智能+数字化模式研究

【摘  要】随着时代的发展，计算机行业和网络技术在不断变革，人们的生产生活与智能化、网络化密切相关，大数据、智能化等也逐渐运用到企业管理方面。面对时代的挑战，许多企业正在根据自身实际形势发展，改变管理理念，企业经营管理逐渐与数字化、网络化、智能化相融合。论文通过调研M企业，根据企业管理的今夕对比，给出相应建议，加快企业管理层面的现代化速度，为更多人提供服务平台，促进就业发展。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， the computer industry and network technology are constantly changing. People's production and life are closely related to intelligence and networking. Big data and intelligence are also gradually applied to enterprise management. In the face of the challenges of the times， many enterprises are changing their management concepts according to their actual situation， and enterprise operation and management are gradually integrated with digitalization， networking and intelligence. Based on the research of M enterprise and the comparison of enterprise management today， this paper gives corresponding suggestions to accelerate the modernization of enterprise management， provide service platform for more people and promote the development of employment.

1 引言

为积极响应国资委提出的“加强精益化管理，打造世界一流企业”政策，本文根据实际情况对潍坊M企业进行管理层面与互联网技术结合使用情况的调研。探究现代中小型企业管理发展与现代技术相结合的新方式，管理方式与数字化、网络化、智能化结合发展的新趋势，为青年就业提供一定的帮助，促进就业的发展。

2 数字化管理

2.1 时代背景

党的十八大以来，我国全面迈进数字化发展的新阶段。数字化时代带来了全新的商业环境，中小企业将实现经营、战略、运营及管理等多方面的数字化转型，这将是一项巨大的挑战，而传统的绩效管理所能产生的效果越来越弱。随着信息技术的发展，现代工商业克服了许多不便因素的限制，传统商业模式如叫卖等方式也逐渐消失，随之替代的是“互联网+”线上线下销售模式。世界在不断变革当中，经济全球化、竞争国际化成为当今世界经济发展不可逆转的潮流，企业管理环境不可避免地受到了巨大而深刻的影响[1]。……
