新时期国有企业党建工作的创新思路探讨

【摘  要】国有企业在我国经济发展中起着重要作用，在市场中起着重要作用，是国家经济的重要来源。在我国，国有企业的定义是由中央或地方政府投资或控制的企业。我国的经济来源已包括国有经济，并且国有企业具有调节我国经济的作用。为保证国有企业的有效运转，有必要开展与现代社会发展相适应的党建活动，加强党的建设领导。论文对新时期国有企业的党建工作进行了分析和研究。

【Abstract】State-owned enterprises play an important role in China's economic development， plays an important role in the market， is an important source of the national economy. In China， state-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises invested or controlled by the central or local government. The economic source of our country already includes the state-owned enterprises， and the state-owned enterprise has the adjustment function of our country's economy. In order to ensure the effective operation of state-owned enterprises， it is necessary to carry out the Party building activities in line with the development of modern society and strengthen the leadership of the Party building. This paper analyzes and studies the Party building work of state-owned enterprises in the new period.

1 引言

在新时代，建立起企业的事业基础的党组织结构，已成为增强党的最高领导地位、增强党的政治氛围和领导能力的一项重要任务。重视国有企业团队建设的质量和水平是保证国有企业健康发展的关键因素。对国有企业党建工作状况的分析表明，党建工作缺乏创新。国有企业传统的党建形式已经无法与现代社会发展形势保持同步，其中的信息应在新时代使用，而实施国有企业的党建工作则被视为重点。社会主义经济体制的逐步发展，国有企业的逐步深化，国家经济体制的加速发展和国家体制的改革，为加强和改善党的结构提供了新的机遇，国有企业在新时代的运作中，为新制度的建设提供了保证和保障，新的平台同时也带来了新的挑战和新的需求。在这种新背景下，将如何继续改善国有企业的制度和流程，振兴国有企业，组建一支高素质的企业团队，并提高企业对党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力，这是面临的新挑战。……
