企业管理以会计管理为中心的理论基础与特征

【摘  要】企业中的会计管理归根结底是服务于企业等经济组织的经营与管控工作计划。有效发挥会计核算职能对企业的业务发展会产生一定的正面影响，同时，企业会计管理职能的发挥，直接关系到企业的经营水平与员工的工作动力。一个企业的会计管理水平与企业的整体经济发展水平密不可分，同时，在企业的长期发展战略中，会计管理体现出了重要的价值。论文主要探讨企业会计管理的理论基础与具体工作中的明显特点。

【Abstract】In the final analysis， accounting management in an enterprise is to serve the business， management and control plan of economic organizations such as enterprise. The exertion of the accounting function will have a positive impact on the business development of enterprise. And at the same time， the exertion of enterprise accounting management function is directly related to the business level of enterprise and the working motivation of employees. The accounting management level of an enterprise is closely related to the overall economic development level of the enterprise. At the same time， accounting management embodies important value in the long-term development strategy of the enterprise. This paper mainly discusses the theoretical basis of enterprise accounting management and the obvious characteristics in specific work.

1 引言

与国际经济发展相比，我国的会计学科发展一直较为滞后，会计管理的概念出现较晚，然而随着我国经济结构与经济体制的不断优化，管理会计这一概念已经越来越受到企业管理者的重视，其价值也逐渐被发掘出来。尤其是近年来，我国已经成为经济全球化趋势中不可缺少的一股力量，而这一背景也导致各行各业的竞争环境变得更加恶劣，这对于我国企业来说有利有弊。当今时代，信息与科技盛行，为人们的生产生活带来了许多便利，同时，这也意味着新的挑战，管理会计就是在这样的环境下逐渐成长。

2 企业管理中会计管理的概述

会计工作是企业经营过程中必不可少的一项工作，同时也是最容易被忽视的工作，管理会计作为会计学科中的一部分，其蕴含的价值远不止其目前为人所知的价值。会计管理工作能够更好地帮助企业管理者了解企业的实际情况，找出经营工作中的不足之处，从而进一步优化内控制度，并结合市场情况，制定更加科学合理的下一步经营战略。……
