新时代学校体育文化自信的困境与出路

摘要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和系统分析法等，探讨体育文化的相关概念、体育文化与文化自信的关联，并对学校体育文化发展的困境、新时代学校体育文化建设的出路进行探索，旨在为加快体育强国建设、促进文化自信提供可鉴性的理论参考和施策依据。研究发现：新时代学校体育文化的发展存在青少年体质与健康状况下降、对体育文化的认知和体育课程的重视不足、课外体育锻炼活动开展不足、传统体育文化弘扬不足、硬件条件有待提升等困境。进而提出如下针对性建议：培育新时代体育与健康观念;优化体育课程建设;强化课外锻炼与全民健身生活化;大力弘扬和创新民族体育文化;加强学校体育场馆设施等硬件建设。

Predicament and Way Out of School Sports Culture Confidence in the New Era

Abstract：Using a variety of research methods such as literature data method， logical analysis method and system analysis method to explore the related concepts of sports culture， the relationship between sports culture and cultural self-confidence， and the plight of the development of school sports culture， and the way out for the construction of school sports culture in the new era The exploration is aimed at providing an appreciable theoretical reference and policy basis for accelerating the construction of a sports power and promoting cultural self-confidence. The study found that in the development of school sports culture in the new era， there are dilemmas such as declining physical and health conditions of young people， insufficient awareness of sports culture and insufficient attention to sports courses， insufficient extracurricular physical exercise activities， insufficient promotion of traditional sports culture， and hardware conditions to be improved. Then put forward the following pertinent suggestions： cultivate the concept of sports and health in the new era; optimize the construction of physical education curriculum; strengthen extracurricular exercises and national fitness life; vigorously promote and innovate national sports culture; strengthen school sports facilities and other hardware construction.

黨和国家历来高度重视和关心青少年健康成长，并通过《关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》《全民健身计划2016—2020》《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》等一系列政策驱动青少年重视和开展体育运动，中国成为体育大国已成为不争的事实。党的十九大报告中提出：“广泛开展全民健身活动，加快推进体育强国建设”“实施健康中国战略”。这是有史以来中国共产党代表大会报告中第一次提出体育强国建设，折射出新时代对体育的新定位，折射出党和国家对人民美好生活的向往中包含健康需求的高度重视。……
