基于“积分制”在高职学生管理中的思考

摘 要：高职院校“积分制”管理是一套以积分为基础，对学生的学习、生活、工作全方面管理的管理方式。不同于传统的结果考核，它更注重过程的分析和引导。能充分调动学生的积极性、提升学生的自我管理水平，且能大大提升学校的管理效率和管理质量。并且是一套与企业管理无缝对接的管理方式。本文对“积分制”在高校与企业的区别以及积分制在高校管理中的特点和作用进行探讨。

Refections on the Management of Higher Vocational Students Based on the "Point System"

Abstract：The point system management in higher vocational colleges is a point-based management which trying to manage the school life and work of students. Unlike traditional result-based assessment， the point system management focuses on analyzing and guiding the whole process. It can stimulate the enthusiasm of the students， improve the self-management of the students， and at the same time， promote the efficiency and quality of the management of the school in a high level. The point system management connects directly to enterprises management. This article discusses the differences of point system management between higher vocational college and enterprise， and the characteristics and roles of the point system management in higher vocational colleges.

1 引言

如何引导学生开展积极的校园生活是每一位教育工作者都需要思考的问题。目前高职院校大部分是以综合测评的方式和违纪处理两者结合的方式进行管理。这种评价方式均是建立在事情发生之后的评价考核，这种方式琐碎造成管理繁琐、效率不高且整体情况体现滞后，尤其是对学生学期间的过程管理效果不明显，不能及时学生情况进行引导、修正，是一种较为传统的负向考核方式[2]。

在传统的管理模式下，学生还是处于一种被动式的管理下，不能很好的提升学生的主动积极性，不能很好的实现学生的自我管理。此外，高职学生离开学校之后，绝大部分均会走向生产一线岗位，他们更加需要良好的自我管理能力，而这种能力需要在学校里就已经培养具备，这也是高职院校需完成一项重要工作内容。所以我们有责任去探索一种科学有效的与企业融合度高的院校学生管理机制。……
