试析新课改背景下职校德育教育策略

摘 要：社会的高速发展对专业性技术人才的要求越来越高，不仅要求技术型人才具备过硬的技术本领，同时还要有正确的德育教育策略。文章中笔者根据职业院校学生及教学特点，对如何提高职业院校学生的德育教育提出了许多建设性的意见，新课改背景下的德育教育应以让学生享受到更高质量的德育教育，为社会输送更优质的技术人才为目的，深刻落实到职业院校的教学的点点滴滴中，进而培养出适应社会市场与经济发展的服务、生产、管理等人才。

Analysis on the Moral Education Strategy in Vocational Schools under the Background of New Curriculum Reform

Abstract：The rapid development of society requires more and more professional technical talents， which not only require technical talents to have strong technical skills， but also to have correct moral education leaders. In the article， the author puts forward many constructive suggestions on how to improve the moral education of vocational college students based on the characteristics of students and teaching in vocational colleges. Moral education in the context of the new curriculum reform should allow students to enjoy higher-quality moral education. For the purpose of delivering more high-quality technical talents for the society， moral education is deeply implemented in the teaching of vocational colleges， and then cultivates service， production， management and other talents that adapt to the social market and economic development.

1 引言

随着新课改的持续推进，职业学校德育教育也面临着迫在眉睫的转型问题。在新课改呼吁持续上涨的今日，家长和社会对德育教育的要求也在逐日提高，这反映了全社会对教育质量和教学方法的密切关注。对中学生进行思想品德教育，不仅有利于激起学生的主观能动性，而且还有利于学生塑造乐观的心态，摆正学习的态度，改善学生的精神面貌，造就优良的品行。

2 职业院校现状分析特性

随着高等院校的扩大招生，进到职业院校培训学习的学生愈来愈让人“忧虑”，招生数变成牵制高等职业教育发展趋势的较大阻碍。各种职业院校陆续“放下身段”，从而产生的难题便是招生品质难以确保，学生水准良莠不齐，这在一定水平上提高了学校管理的难度系数。学生难教、难管、违法乱纪率高是职业技术学校广泛存在的不足。……
