民族地区高校社会学专业的建设思路和人才培养模式初探

摘 要：众所周知，中国是一个由56个少数民族组成的国家，各民族之间团结互助、友爱共赢是国家凝聚力的核心，大部分少数民族地区由于历史和地域因素导致一些社会性问题，在经济、文化方面存在着差异，民族地区的社会问题愈发凸显，需要大量的有专业性知识的社会学人才来处理解决各民族的社会问题。因此培养民族地区高校社会专业的人才成为一个重点工作，如今各民族地区缺乏大量的社会学人才，民族地区高校社会学专业的建设思路和人才培养模式初探面临着巨大的机遇和挑战，民族地区高校进行社会学人才的培养有利于各民族之间团结互助，共同发展，有利于经济文化的进步发展，彰显国家的凝聚力，提高国家综合国力。

A Preliminary Study of the Construction Ideas and Talent Training Models of Sociology Majors in Colleges and Universities in Ethnic Regions

Abstract：As we all know， China is a country composed of 56 ethnic minorities. Unity， mutual assistance， friendship and win-win among all ethnic groups are the core of national cohesion. Most ethnic minority areas have some social problems due to historical and regional factors. Differences in culture， and social problems in ethnic areas are becoming more and more prominent. A large number of sociological talents with professional knowledge are needed to deal with the social problems of various ethnic groups. Therefore， cultivating social professionals in colleges and universities in ethnic regions has become a key task. Nowadays， various ethnic regions lack many sociology talents. The construction ideas and talent training models of colleges and universities in ethnic regions are facing huge opportunities and challenges. Colleges and universities in ethnic regions are facing huge opportunities and challenges. The cultivation of sociological talents is conducive to unity and mutual assistance and common development between all ethnic groups， and also is conducive to the progress of economic and cultural development， demonstrating the cohesion of the country， and enhancing the country's overall national strength.

1 社會学人才对民族地区的重要性

近代以来我国经济和社会的发展十分迅速，但我国大量贫困落后少数民族地区仍然存在问题，现如今少数民族地区存在经济和社会的发展缓慢，民生民俗等社会问题急需大批专业的民族社会人才来解决和帮扶。民族地区的高校作为一个培育人才的摇篮，有义务和责任为国家和地区培养一批符合社会需要的人才，高校培养一批民族地区社会学人才能够有效的带领民族地区的经济发展、促进文化进步，有利于建立一批专业的处理民族问题机构和健全相关的民族社会体制，解决民族地区最基本的民生问题，保障各民族团结，促进多民族共同繁荣，也是符合国家发展战略的规划，提高国家凝聚力和综合国力，同时民族地区高校培养社会学人才也有利于高校的发展和社会需要。……
