汽车减震器的现状及其发展趋势

摘  要：汽车减震器的发展历程体现出了汽车工业发展的大致脉络。汽车减震器是车辆最为重要的结构之一，通过阻尼运动衰减振动产生的能量来缓解汽车在行进过程中产生的震动，进而提高安全性。同时汽车减震器还可以提供较高的舒适性。驾驶者对于车辆的舒适性、稳定性、操纵性的要求越来越高，这就意味着汽车减震器需要不斷进行更新和发展，进而提高其技术水平。

The Present Situation and Development Trend of Automobile Shock Absorber

Abstract： The development of automobile shock absorber reflects the general development of automobile industry. Automobile shock absorber is one of the most important structures of vehicles. It can reduce the vibration of the vehicle in the process of moving by damping the energy generated by vibration， and then improve the safety. At the same time， automobile shock absorber can also provide high comfort. Drivers have higher and higher requirements for comfort， stability and handling of vehicles， which means that automotive shock absorbers need to be constantly updated and developed， so as to improve their technical level.

国内外汽车减震器研发情况各不相同，走上了极富特色的研发之路。国企原来是在中高级轿车上大量采用进口减震器，现阶段则更多的是借鉴国外先进的设计经验来进行富有自主知识产权的减振器的设计活动和工业应用活动，取得了积极进展。针对汽车减震器的发展现状和历程进行实践探究就显得尤为重要。

1  汽车减震器的发展历程以及主要产品

1.1 弹簧减震器

最为原始的汽车减震器便是弹簧减震器。最早的汽车减震系统便是由一个个弹簧来组成的，以弹簧作为主要的结构弹簧，减震器更加稳定和可靠。同时可重复使用，寿命相对较长。但是弹簧减震器也有一个明显的缺点，就是不能够及时地吸收振动能量，并且容易产生共振现象[1]。

1.2 液压减震器

最早的液压减震器出现于1908年。油液流经橡胶制成的中空节流通道产生一定的阻尼，可以让振动衰减。20世纪30年代，具有稳定可靠等特征的摇臂式的减震器出现，但是其活塞可能会由于温度变化或者磨损等原因而受到损害，进而影响减震效果。……
