刍议人文关怀下的图书馆读者服务

摘  要：随着社会发展速度的逐渐加快，人们提高了对于精神生活的需求，“人文关怀”理念应运而生。现阶段，城市建设中无处彰显了“人文关怀”理念，公交站台及公交车座椅设计、轻轨地铁坐位划分、让座行为、图书馆读者服务等深刻诠释与践行了“人文关怀”理念。基于此背景，对于图书馆读者而言，对“人文关怀”的需求也越来越强烈。该文主要探究了人文关怀在图书馆读者服务中的运用，同时还分析了人文关怀的含义、“人文关怀”在读者服务中的价值及意义，并从人文关怀视角探索优化图书馆服务的优化策略。

Discussion on Library Reader Service under Humanistic Care

Abstract： With the gradual acceleration of social development and people's need for spiritual life， the concept of "humanistic care" came into being. At this stage， there is nowhere to show the concept of "humanistic care" in urban construction. The design of bus platforms and bus seats， the division of light rail and subway seats， the behavior of giving up seats， library reader services， etc. profoundly interpret and practice the concept of "humanistic care". Based on this background， for library readers， the demand for "humanistic care" is becoming stronger and stronger. This article mainly explores the application of humanistic care in library reader services. It also analyzes the meaning of humanistic care， the value and significance of "humanistic care" in reader services， and explores the optimization strategy for optimizing library services from the perspective of humanistic care.

将人文关怀融入图书馆读者服务中，属于现阶段图书馆发展的主要方向。图书馆是一种典型的公益机构，群众是主要服务对象，其目的在于向社会大众提供优质的服务与保障。图书馆读者服务不单单是提供先进的技术手段或信息资源，还包括精神层面上的人文环境与关怀。因此，图书馆积极为广大读者提供人文关怀，属于我国图书馆在发展方面的关键点。

1  人文关怀的含义

对于人文关怀而言，能够推动人们个体实现自由发展，并调动人们的创造性、主动性等，满足人们在内心方面的各类基本需求，并对个体差异性予以尊重[1]。人文关怀对人权进行关注，重点表现为对人的关爱，积极践行以人为本的理念。同时，人文关怀还注重人生存、发展与价值体现。……
