校企联合下大学生创业资本培育研究

摘  要：在“大众创业，万众创新”的社会背景下，大学生创业成为大学生新型就业模式，高校开展创业教育的热情高涨，其中创业资本培育是创业实践的基础，也影响着创业绩效，其独特性作用在创业活动中表现更为显著。该文以“校企联合”为主要思路，探讨一种高效的大学生创业资本培育模式，实现项目的研发、过程孵化、一体化指导与资金保障等。这对于完善创业理论和提高创业绩效具有重要理论价值和现实意义。

Research on the Cultivation of College Students' Venture Capital under the School Enterprise union

Abstract： Under the social background of "mass entrepreneurship， mass innovation"， college students' entrepreneurship has become a new employment mode for college students， and the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is high. The cultivation of entrepreneurial capital is the basis of entrepreneurship practice and also affects entrepreneurial performance. Its unique role is more significant in entrepreneurial activities. Based on the "school enterprise union" as the main idea， this paper discusses an efficient cultivation mode of college Students' venture capital， which can realize the project research and development， process incubation， integrated guidance and fund guarantee. This has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving entrepreneurial theory and improving entrepreneurial performance.

隨着高校扩招规模的不断加大和疫情带来的影响，大学生就业面临前所未有的压力。国家教育部和人社局也制定了相关政策来大力推动大学生就业，其中以创业带动就业成为开拓大学生就业的一个重要渠道。在这种形式下，培育大学生创业资本、提升创业能力是高校开展大学生创业教育的首要任务。

1  创业资本解读

创业者的创业资本是心理资本、人力资本、经济资本和社会资本的综合。创业资本对创业的生存绩效和成长具有正向影响，有效整合和利用创业资本，对于完善创业理论和提高创业绩效具有重要理论价值和现实意义[1]。

2  高校对大学生创业资本培育的困境

2.1 高校创业教育资源的匮乏

目前，各大高校都在推进创业资本培育，积极组织开展相关的创业教育、创业竞赛、创业实践活动，但不管从课程设置还是导师队伍和和实践操作，都还没有形成系统的研究和实践体系。……
