LED光源对辣椒幼苗生长和光合特性的影响

摘    要:以冀鹰椒6号朝天椒幼苗为试验材料,以自然光为CK,设置LED灯2种光质(红光∶蓝光=3∶1、红光∶蓝光=5∶1)和2种光强(100、150 μmol·m-2·s-1)双因素试验,研究了不同光强及光质配比模式的LED光源对辣椒幼苗生长和光合特性的影响。结果表明,不同光强和光质配比模式LED光源对辣椒幼苗的生长和光合特性有一定影响。在所有处理中,处理Ⅰ(光强100 μmol·m-2·s-1+光質红光∶蓝光=5∶1)辣椒幼苗株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶面积、地上地下干物质量、生长速率等生长指标均最高,叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率等指标也最大,处理Ⅰ光源最有利于辣椒幼苗的生长。

Effects of LED light on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of pepper seedling

Abstract: Taking Jiying Pepper No. 6 seedlings as the test material, using natural light as CK, setting two kinds of LED light quality (red∶blue = 3∶1, red∶blue =5∶1). The effects of different light intensity and light quality ratio mode on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of pepper seedlings were studied by two-factor experiments with 100 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 150 μmol·m-2·s-1 light intensity. The results showed that the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of pepper seedlings were affected by different light intensity and light quality ratio mode of LED light source. Among all treatments, treatment Ⅰ pepper seedling plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area, aboveground and underground dry matter weight, growth rate and other growth indicators were the highest, leaf net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate and other indicators were also the largest. Treatment I LED (light intensity 100 μmol·m-2·s-1 + red light∶blue light = 5∶1) light source was the most conducive to the growth of pepper seedlings.

辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)是我国栽培面积最大的蔬菜之一,也是日光温室蔬菜生产的主要蔬菜之一[1]。在生产中,培育壮苗是获得辣椒高产的前提,而光是影响植物生长发育的重要环境因子[2-3],利用光环境调控技术培育壮苗已经成为促进植物生长发育的一个重要手段。LED(Light-Emitting Diodc)是由镓与砷、磷、氮、铟的化合物制成的一种固态半导体光源,LED能发出与光合色素吸收光谱相一致的单色可见光,光质纯、效率高,且强度和光质具有可调节的优势[4-5]。与传统育苗应用的白炽灯、荧光灯和高压钠灯相比,LED光源节能、高效,成为现代育苗技术的首选光源,为研究光环境对植物的生长和品质的影响提供了有效的途径。在对辣椒的研究中,周华等[6]研究光强和光质对辣椒幼苗生长和形态的影响,以余干辣椒为试材,结果表明,中光强100 μmol·m-2·s-1和LED组合光(红光∶蓝光=8∶1)适宜辣椒幼苗生长。……
