摘 要:传统的《药物化学》教学是以教师讲授为主,课堂互动较少且教学效果无法即时体现。为了改变这种传统单一的教学模式,我们在教学中采用了“云班课”这种智慧教学助手来助力课堂教学,构建了《药物化学》云班课混合式教学模式,充分利用线上与线下,让学生体验与传统教学截然不同的学习模式。结果表明,云班课混合式学习相较于传统讲授式的教学模式能使学生的学习成效显著提高;通过各种学习取得的经验值表现出与期末考核成绩正相关。教师为改善教学策略应在教学资源、课堂活动、作业测试、在线交流等方面开展;而学生应在改善学习动机、学习方式、学习行为、学习反思等方面来获取相应的经验值。

Application and Construction of Hybrid Teaching Mode in Cloud Class of Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Abstract: The traditional teaching of medicinal chemistry is mainly based on teachers' teaching, with less classroom interaction and the teaching effect can not be reflected immediately. In order to change the traditional single teaching mode, we use the intelligent teaching assistant "cloud class" to assist the classroom teaching, and build a hybrid teaching mode of "Pharmaceutical Chemistry" cloud class, which makes full use of online and offline, so that students can experience a learning mode completely different from the traditional teaching. The results show that compared with the traditional teaching mode, blended learning in cloud class can significantly improve students' learning effect; The experience value obtained through various studies is positively correlated with the final examination results. In order to improve teaching strategies, teachers should carry out teaching resources, classroom activities, homework tests and online communication; And students should obtain the corresponding experience value in improving learning motivation, learning style, learning behavior, learning reflection and so on.

我國《教育法》中提到,国家要推进教育信息化,必须充分利用信息技术来促进优质教育资源的普及与共享,从而全面提高教育教学和管理水平。故“互联网+教育”俨然已成为当前信息时代教育发展的主旋律。
《药物化学》是用现代科学方法来研究化学药物的结构、制备、理化性质、药物作用的化学机制、体内代谢、构效关系及进行新药研发的学科,是药学专业十分重要的一门专业课。传统的《药物化学》课程以教师主讲、学生听讲的方式进行,学习的理论性强,这种传统的授课模式常常忽视了学生的主体地位,缺乏师生间的课堂互动,一些化学基础知识相对薄弱的学生对化学药物的三维空间结构及结构改造等难以理解,影响了教学效果,故《药物化学》课程改革势在必行。……
