科技创新风口下的“微摊”新模式

摘  要：全球经济进入信息化时代，产业发展越发依托于科技创新，“互联网+”产业为经济创造了新动力。将创新技术与巨大的传统产业结合，倒逼着传统行业不断转型升级。本文以“科创微摊”作为案例对“互联网+”地摊经济的“微摊”经济发展模式进行了分析，旨在通过分析其外部发展机遇和挑战，内部优势和劣势，对技术创新背景下“微摊”模式的发展规划进行了研究。

A New Model of "Micro-Sharing" under the Trend of Technological Innovation

Abstract： The global economy has entered the information age， and industrial development is increasingly dependent on technological innovation. The "Internet +" industry has created new impetus for the economy. Combining innovative technologies with huge traditional industries has forced traditional industries to continuously transform and upgrade. This article uses the "Science and Innovation Micro-sharing" as a case to analyze the "micro-sharing" economic development model of the Internet plus floor economy， and aims to analyze its external development opportunities and challenges， internal advantages and disadvantages， and provide a background for technological innovation. The development plan under the "micro-sharing" model was studied.

“互聯网+”经济发展模式说是依托于高新技术、创新发展，但中国互联网企业的发展还有很长的路要走[1]。随着10年的发展，“互联网+”创业发展模式也迎来了其发展瓶颈期，经济发展风向逐步正从互联网转移到硬科技[2]。将创新技术与巨大的传统产业结合，倒逼着传统行业不断转型升级。有学者表示，技术创新将是下一个风口，未来将是全民创新的科创时代。

1  “微摊”平台及相关简介

1.1 地摊经济

地摊经济指的是由自由职业人员或者相关爱好者，通过在街边、公园或者小区门口摆地摊获得收入增长并对经济进行贡献的一种经济形式[3]。地摊经济发展比较久远，是城市的一种相对边缘的经济模式，也是构成城市面貌的关键因素，一直被大城市所限制。但是，地摊经济有着独特的优势，具有自主性、创新性和低成本的特点，能够在个人经济危机和大环境趋坏的情况下缓解个人经济压力和就业压力[4]。……
