企业社会责任与企业持续创新关系探究

【摘  要】企业社会责任与企业持续创新之间具有密不可分的关系，二者之间相互促进、相互影响与作用。社会责任指的是企业对其利益相关者利益的保障，确保所有涉及主体的利益都能够实现稳定的平衡。在企业社会责任与企业持续创新之间的作用机制的影响下，企业更容易获得政府的支持，在融资方面能够获得稳定的资金，在上下游供应链上也能够寻求更加良好和稳定的合作。

【Abstract】There is an inseparable relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainable innovation. They promote， influence and act on each other. Social responsibility refers to the enterprise's protection of the interests of its stakeholders， and the insurance of all involved subjects' interests can achieve a stable balance. Under the influence of the mechanism between corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainable innovation， enterprises are more likely to obtain government support， obtain stable funds in financing， and can seek better and stable cooperation in the upstream and downstream supply chain.

1 引言

企业社会责任与企业持续创新之间具有密不可分的关系，二者之间相互促进、相互影响与作用。一方面，企业社会责任的承担能够为企业发展汇聚更多的社会资源和政府支持，从而为持续创新的发展投入必要的保障。另一方面，企业持续创新能力的发展能够有利于企业更加高效、科学实现自身的社会价值，承担自身的社会责任。

2 企业社会责任与企业持续创新的基本概念

2.1 企业社会责任的内涵

国内外学者对于企业社会责任的内涵存在不同的解释，至今社会责任的内涵并没有成形，还在不断的发展和完善过程中。根据企业承担社会责任的内容，有学者将社会责任划分成为了经济责任、环境责任以及社会责任三大类别。经济责任是企业生存和发展最为基本性的责任。只有企业的经济效益不断发展，企业才能够在扩大生产的过程中更加合理、高效地调配市场上的各项资源，避免资源的浪费，同时也能够为员工提供收入，为政府提供税收。……
