传统文化视角下少先队文化建设探讨

【摘    要】少先队是儿童的群体性组织，作为社会主义现代化建设的预备队，加强对这一群体的文化建设，利于培养德智体美劳全面发展的中华好少年。从目前少先队的建设情况来看，文化建设薄弱是非常突出的一个问题，这对于少年儿童的全面发展以及少先队功能作用的发挥非常不利。针对这种情况，本文从传统文化视角出发，对少先队文化建设与传统文化的继承发扬相融合的具体策略进行了全面细致的探讨。

On the Cultural Construction of the Young Pioneers from the Perspective of Traditional Culture

【Abstract】The Young Pioneers is a group organization of children. As a reserve team for socialist modernization， strengthening the cultural construction of this group is conducive to cultivating good young Chinese who are comprehensively developed in moral， intellectual， physical， and artistic. Judging from the current construction of the Young Pioneers， the weak cultural construction is a very prominent problem， which is very detrimental to the all-round development of children and the young pioneers. In response to this situation， this article， from the perspective of traditional culture， conducts a comprehensive and detailed discussion on the specific strategies of the integration of the young pioneers' cultural construction and the inheritance and development of traditional culture.

随着时代的不断发展，少年儿童对于传统文化越来越陌生，这对于儿童文化认同感、文化信心的提升产生了极大的负面影响。少先队文化建设，是目前广受关注的一个课题，由于各种原因，少先队文化建设滞后的问题十分突出，表现在少先队文化缺少活力、与传统文化的结合不够紧密等方面，由此导致的各种危害极大。我国传统文化博大精深、源远流长，这些文化是中华民族宝贵的财富，同时也是激励引导少年儿童形成正确价值观的重要资源。在少先队文化建设过程中，学校理应高度重视传统文化的重要价值，将传统文化引入少先队文化建设之中，依托传统文化全面能提升少先队文化建设水平。
