小学数学核心素养的特质与建构

【摘    要】随着新课改的不断推行，教育部门将素质教育视为中小学教学的核心理念，教师在进行课堂教学时也都及时转换了教育思想，坚定“以生为本”理念，将培养学生的核心素养作为主要目标，积极地对授课模式进行创新，让学生可以在课上自由地发散思维并获得实践机会，从而实现核心素养的发展。基于此，本文将以小学数学学科为例，介绍小学数学核心素养特质，并深入探析建构方法，希望能为各位同仁提供有效参考。

The Characteristics and Construction of the Core Accomplishment of Primary School Mathematics

【Abstract】With the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform， the education department regards quality education as the core concept of primary and secondary cultivating the core literacy of students is the main goal， and actively innovating the teaching mode， so that students can freely diverge their thinking in class and obtain practical opportunities， so as to achieve the development of core literacy. Based on this， this article will take primary school mathematics as an example to introduce the core literacy characteristics of primary school mathematics， and in-depth analysis of construction methods， hoping to provide effective reference for all colleagues.

核心素养理念的提出，为小学数学教学得到了更大的发展机遇和挑战，教师在教授理论知识的同时也应该重视学生的个性化发展以及身心发展，制定具有针对性的教学计划，让学生能够积极、主动地参与到课堂活动中，探索知识的深层内涵。因此，教师在教学过程中需要重点培养学生的核心素养，在提高教学效率的同时提高学生的综合素质，为学生未来学习、生活奠定良好的基础。

一、小学数学核心素养的内涵

小学数学核心素养是指，小学生在学习课内知识后能够适应社会生活，在学习能力提高的同时形成终身发展的品质，在处理日常生活中的问题时无论是思维能力、语言表达能力，都满足现代化社会的要求。此外，核心素养还能体现出数学学科发展性和实用性强的这两大特点，学生综合素质的提高，促进了他们全面发展的进程，能为学生未来的学习和成长打下坚实的基础。……
