“互联网+”环境下BIM技术在建筑工程招投标管理中的要点分析

【摘  要】社会的发展和进步推动了我国建筑行业的快速发展，同时间接地提高了建筑企业之间的竞争激烈程度。我国为了更好地规范市场竞争秩序，在不断地完善市场经济制度。建筑工程的招投标管理是我国经济体制改革中一项非常重要的内容，其能够在保证建筑企业竞争公平性的同时，稳定建筑市场的价格，促进建筑市场的可持续发展。尤其是在“互联网+”环境中，通过对BIM技术的使用，更好地提高了建筑工程招投标管理的水平。

【Abstract】The development and progress of society promote the rapid development of China's construction industry， at the same time， indirectly improve the intensity of competition between construction enterprises. In order to better regulate the order of market competition， China is constantly improving the market economic system. Bidding and tendering management of construction engineering is a very important content in the economic system reform in China. It can ensure the fairness of competition among construction enterprises， and stabilize the price of construction market， and promote the sustainable development of construction market. Especially in the "internet +" environment， through the use of BIM technology， the level of bidding and tendering management of construction engineering can be better  improved.

1 引言

为推动建筑工程行业更好地发展，提高建筑企业的中标概率和利润，需要引入一项新的管理技术来对整个建筑工程项目的成本、进度、方案以及工程质量等进行管理，以此来为建筑工程降低风险，减少成本费用，提高生产效率。其中，BIM技术就是最好的选择之一。本文就针对“互联网+”环境下BIM技术在工程招投标管理中的要点进行了分析。

2 “互联网+”与工程招投标管理的关系

“互联网+”属于目前我国经济体系中一种新的经济形态，是利用信息技术与互联网平台，让互联网与传统行业进行深度融合，利用互联网具备的优势特点，为行业创造新的发展机会。也正是因为“互联网+”是一种新的经济形态，所以它成为我国工程招投标管理模式的发展方向。在新时期，随着互联网的快速发展和应用，提高了我国对“互联网+”技术的重视程度，并在2020年5月22日，国务院总理李克强在发布的2020年国务院政府工作报告中提出，全面推进“互联网+”，打造数字经济新优势。……
