施工企业工程合同精细化管理策略探讨

【摘  要】随着社会经济以及城市建设的不断发展，建筑行业的竞争也在逐渐加剧，从当前的建筑施工企业的发展趋势来看，无论是监理方还是建筑施工方，对于合同的精细化管理意识都在逐渐增强。在实际的施工环节，施工企业要在签订合同前后注重管理形式，以此保证企业在施工阶段的经济效益。在社会发展的大背景下，虽然施工企业已经进入新的发展阶段，但是受到传统建筑施工理念的影响，很多企业在合同管理上存在一定的问题，在一定程度上制约了施工企业的发展。甚至有的施工企业没有给予合同相应的重视程度，在制定以及签署方面都缺乏相应规范性，也没有聘用相应的法律人才，导致合同内容可能存在漏洞，这也给施工企业的发展带来阻碍。施工企业与其他企业不同，对于合同的要求应该更加严格。论文基于施工企业工程合同精细化管理策略，从多方面对建筑施工合同管理中存在的问题进行分析，并且提出相应的解决方法，旨在维护合同精细化管理，在保证建筑施工企业经济效益的同时，也可以促进社会经济平稳发展，希望对今后的合同精细化管理带来一定的借鉴意义，保证后续正常发展。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of social economy and urban construction， the competition in construction industry has also become gradually intensified. From the current development trend of construction enterprises， whether the supervisor or the construction party， the awareness of refined management of the contract has been gradually enhanced. In the actual construction link， the construction enterprise should pay attention to the management form before and after signing the contract， so as to ensure the economic benefits of the enterprise in the construction stage. In the context of social development， although construction enterprises have entered a new stage of development， due to the influence of traditional construction concept， many enterprises have some problems in contract management， which restricts the development of construction enterprises to a certain extent. Even some construction enterprises do not give corresponding attention to the contract， lack of corresponding standardization in the formulation and signing， and do not employ corresponding legal personnel， which may lead to loopholes in the content of the contract， which also hinders the development of construction enterprises. Different from other enterprises， construction enterprises should be more strict with contract requirements. Based on the construction enterprise project contract refined management strategy， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction contract management from many aspects， and puts forward corresponding solutions， aiming to maintain the contract refined management， ensure the economic benefits of construction enterprises， and promote the stable development of social economy. Hoping to bring some reference to the future contract refined management， and ensure the normal development of the follow-up.
