追寻建党百年足迹 勇拓首都科技创新奋进之路

摘 要：首都科技事业在党的领导下，走出了一条中国特色科技创新之路。首都科技水平整体跃升，创新成果不断涌现，人才集聚优势突出，已经成为全球具有重要影响力的区域之一。文章回顾了北京科技事业的光辉历程，客观反映北京科技发展的特点，展望首都科技事业的未来，在全面贯彻落实党中央对科技事业发展的决策部署下，不断推进体制改革、提高科技投入效率、提升原始创新能力、加强国际科技合作等，必将推动首都科技事业再创辉煌。

Tracing the Centennial Footprints of the CPC Shaping A Brighter Future of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Beijing

Abstract：Beijings scientific and technological innovation has developed a distinctive road  under the leadership of the CPC. Beijing has become one of the most influential regions in the world on scientific and technological innovation. This paper reviews the glorious course of the development of science and technology in Beijing，summarizes the characteristics of the development of science and technology in Beijing，looking forward to the future of science and technology development，Beijing has a bright future through mechanism reform，increase investment，strengthen international cooperation and so on.

科技事業作为一项复杂的系统工程，首先需要正确的理论作为指导。中国共产党作为马克思主义科技思想中国化的创新主体，是我国科学技术事业的领导核心，科技进步的速度与发展质量在很大程度上取决于党的引导。中国共产党成立的百年史，也是中国科技事业艰苦奋斗的百年史。在“五四”时期，中国共产党自诞生之日起就高度重视科技创新发展，并将中国化的马克思主义科学技术思想逐渐应用于革命实践之中。中华人民共和国成立后，以毛泽东为代表的中共第一代领导集体，面对国家一穷二白、科技落后的局面，坚持自力更生为主、争取外援为辅的方针，提出了搞好“技术革命”“向现代科学进军”的口号。

一、建党百年，科技创新思想理论不断丰富

改革开放以后，历届领导人在坚持和继承以毛泽东同志为核心的党第一代领导集体的科技创新思想的基础上，不断以新的思想和理论观点丰富和发展了党的科技创新思想，为我国科技创新和国家崛起注入了发展的源动力。……
