探寻与开发教育之外的教养及教化功能

摘要从教育到教养，再到教化，是教育环节本应具有的三层题中之意，它们内在统一又层层递进。教育是知识领域的传授和对象化的培养;教养是内在修养的提升与人格化的塑造;而教化则是主体性的自觉及社会化的完成。王阳明对教育、教养和教化有独到的见解，对阳明教育观的总结和探索，在传统所重视的教育活动之外，应该积极探寻和开发教养和教化的功能，完成对现有教育体制张力的提升。

Explore and Develop the Function of Upbreeding and Edify beyond Education

——Taking Wang Yangming's View of Education as an Example

AbstractFrom education to upbreeding，and then to edify，is the meaning of the three-level questions that the educational link should have. They are internally unified and progressive. Education is the imparting and object- oriented training in the field of knowledge;Upbreeding is the promotion of internal cultivation and the shaping of personality;Edify is the completion of subjective consciousness and socialization. Wang Yangming has unique views on education，education and enlightenment. In addition to the traditional educational activities，we should actively explore and develop the functions of upbreeding and edify，so as to improve the tension of the existing educational system. 教育是个人发展、社会进步和民族振兴的基石。“教育质量”和“教育公平”是民众最关心的重要民生话题之一。从中小学到大学教育，教书和育人一直都是学校的两大核心任务，然而不难发现，由于中小学应试教育和内卷竞争日趋激烈，育人的任务甚至被推后到大学教育之中。在这种本末倒置、育人效果滑坡的形势下，大中学校纷纷提出“德育为先、五育并举、立德树人”等口号，足见是到了该认真对过去的“知识型教育”进行反思与改革的时候了。
