探讨中风后遗症患者应用针灸康复治疗的临床疗效

摘要：目的 探讨分析将针灸康复治疗应用于中风后遗症患者的临床疗效。方法 此次研究对象选自我院2019年1月到2021年1月期间收治的中风后遗症患者，共计64例，按照双盲法对患者随机分组。其中给予常规康复治疗的32例为参照组，给予针灸康复治疗的32例为研究组，观察对两组的治疗效果。结果 比较两组的神经功能缺损评分，研究组低于参照组（P<0.05）;比较两组的生活自理能力，研究组优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，将针灸康复治疗应用于中风后遗症患者有着十分确切的疗效，可以有效改善患者的神经功能缺损问题，从而改善患者的生活自理能力，值得在临床上大力推广。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture rehabilitation therapy in patients with stroke sequelae. Methods 64 patients with stroke sequelae in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to double-blind method. Among them，32 cases were given conventional rehabilitation treatment as the reference group，and 32 cases were given acupuncture rehabilitation treatment as the study group. Results the neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P < 0.05）;Compared with the ability of self-care，the study group was better than the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that the application of acupuncture rehabilitation treatment in patients with stroke sequelae has a very exact curative effect，which can effectively improve the neurological deficit of patients，so as to improve the self-care ability of patients，which is worthy of clinical promotion.

中风是一种由脑出血疾病或者是脑缺血性疾病所引发的疾病，该病具有较大的危险性，在患者发病后，需要尽早开展手术或者是药物治疗，才能够避免患者出现严重的后果【1】。但是，患者即使接受了有效的治疗，也很容易会出现偏瘫、吞咽困难以及半身不遂等严重后遗症，这将会对患者的正常活动造成极大的限制，导致患者丧失正常的生活自理能力，严重影响患者的生活质量。所以，就需要针对患者的后遗症问题，采取有效的治疗措施，促进患者的身体康复。因此，本文旨在探讨分析将针灸康复治疗应用于中风后遗症患者的临床疗效。
