农村致富技术函授大学林业教学调查研究

摘 要：以农函大陆良分校林业辅导站教学为例，通过对22年办学情况的回顾总结，调查分析了林业辅导站的教学方法和取得的成效，指出了教学培训过程中存在的问题，对新形势下如何从社会需求和农民期盼角度办好教学培训进行了分析和探讨，以期使更多农民参与进来，熟练掌握和运用先进的农村实用技术，实现增收致富。

Investigation and Research on Forestry Teaching in Rural Technology Correspondence University

Abstract： Taking the teaching of forestry guidance station of nonghan Luliang branch as an example， this paper investigates and analyzes the teaching methods and achievements of forestry guidance station through the review and summary of 22 years′ running situation， points out various problems existing in the process of teaching and training， and makes some analysis and discussion on how to run the teaching and training well from the social needs and farmers′ expectations under the new situation， so as to provide reference for the future so that more farmers participate in， familiar with the use of advanced rural practical technology， to achieve income.

提升林農技能，掌握和运用先进的实用技术，是推动贫困地区经济社会发展和帮助贫困农民实现可持续发展的根本之策，也是增强林农自身的“造血”功能、帮助林农树立信心、激发内生动力的重要举措。农村致富技术函授大学的开办为农民群众脱贫致富开辟了一条没有校门、没有围墙、不收费用、无学历门槛、科学实用、家门口上大学的学习途径。农函大学陆良分校林业辅导站自开办以来，通过函授教学，使学员系统掌握了各种先进的林业实用技术，在推动当地林产业发展、拓展致富门路、产业扶贫、增加农民收入等方面发挥了重要作用。农函大学陆良分校林业辅导站坚持服务“农业、农村、农民”和“林业、林区、林农”的办学宗旨以及“实际、实用、实效”的办学原则，进一步提高农民的科技素质，提升农产业的科技含量，促进农村产业结构调整和优化组合，使更多的农民群众能够熟悉掌握和运用1～2门先进的实用技术，实现脱贫增收致富，加快农村经济发展步伐。……
