Seminar-CBT教学法在中职护理《内科护理学》教学中的应用与实施

【摘要】目的：探讨在中职《内科护理学》教学中联合应用专题研讨课（Seminar）和案例教学法（Case-based teaching，CBT）的实施效果。方法：在中职《内科护理学》课程中实施Seminar-CBT教学法，采用自设问卷调查的形式，在课程结束后收集学生对《内科护理学》结合Seminar-CBT教学法的态度和学习效果的自我评价。结果：观察组成绩考核优于对照组（P<0.05），Seminar-CBT教学法的教学反馈各条目积极评价率均在85 %以上。结论：Seminar-CBT教学法应用于中职护理《内科护理学》教学，操作性和可行性强，有利于提高学生灵活应用内科护理学知识的能力。

Application and implementation of seminar CBT teaching method in the teaching of “internal nursing”in secondary vocational nursing

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of combined application of seminar and case-based teaching （CBT） in the teaching of internal medicine nursing in secondary vocational schools.Method：The seminar-CBT teaching method was implemented in the course of internal medicine nursing in secondary vocational colleges. The self-evaluation of students’ attitude and learning effect on the combination of medical nursing and seminar-CBT teaching method was collected after the course.Result：The results of the observation group were better than those of the control group （ P<0.05），The positive evaluation rate of each item of seminar-CBT teaching method was more than 85%.Conclusion：The application of seminar-CBT teaching method in the teaching of medical Nursing in secondary vocational schools is highly operable and feasible， which is conducive to improving students’ ability to flexibly apply medical nursing knowledge.

內科护理学作为一门最基本、最核心、最综合、内容最广博深厚的奠基性临床专业课程，是临床各科护理学的基础，其知识容量涵盖范围广且系统性强，掌握难度较大[1]。大多数中职学生学习基础较差，课堂参与度较低，传统“满堂灌”的教学方法较难激发学习兴趣[2]，因此，探索适合中职学生学习特点的《内科护理学》教学方法非常重要。专题研讨课（Seminar）是一种互动式教学模式，该教学模式下师生为教学主体，由师生一同参与研讨的过程，以激发出学生的学习积极性，更好的挖掘其在研习方面的潜能，从而加深其对知识内容的掌握程度[3]。案例教学法（CBT）是一种交流学习的方法，它以小组讨论、角色扮演等为主要形式[4]。Seminar和CBT都是目前国内外护理学教育教学中比较常见的教学方法，并且已经被人们认可和关注[5-7]。……
