案例教学法在高等职业院校口腔内科学教学中的应用效果

【摘要】目的：探讨案例教学法在高等职业院校口腔内科学教学中的应用效果。方法：将113名口腔专科学生分为实验组（55名）和对照组（58名）。对照组采用传统教学法，实验组采用案例教学法，课程结束后评价教学效果。结果：实验组学生考核成绩优于对照组（P<0.05 ） 。结论：采用案例教学法在高等职业院校进行口腔内科学教学，有利于提高教师的综合素质，有利于培养学生分析和解决问题的能力、提高学生的沟通能力，并解决了教学与临床实际脱节的问题。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of case teaching method in the course of oral medicine. Methods：113 College students were divided into two groups. The students in the control group （u=58） received traditional teaching methods，while the students in the experimental group （u=55） received case teaching method in the course of oral medicine. Then the outcomes of teaching were evaluated. Results：The students performance in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion：The application of case teaching method in the course of oral medicine is proved to be helpful for the training of students competence of communication，clinical practice，which can resolve the problem of separation of theory and practice.

高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，主要是培养应用型人才。21世纪的应用型人才，不仅要具备深厚的专业背景和宽广的知识，同时还要具备巧妙地协调、沟通、决策等方面的能力和艺术。传统的教学模式，显然已不能满足于这些要求，案例教学作为一种行之有效的教学模式越发受到人们的广泛关注，这种教育模式下，通过师生共同对大量的案例进行分析和研讨，调动学生学习积极性，引导学生进行创新思维，可培养学生的分析问题、解决问题以及口头表达的能力，提高教学效果。口腔内科学是与临床结合紧密且实践性很强的临床学科，因此，在高职口腔内科学教育中实施案例教学法是非常必要的。为此我们尝试将案例教学法和传统教学法相结合，应用于口腔内科学的理论教学中，探讨一套行之有效的教学方法。

一、对象与方法

1.对象

我校2009级口腔医学专业专科生两个班，1班58个学生采用传统教学法，2班55个学生采用案例教学法。

2.教学过程

（1）课前准备 选择案例，设置问题。教师课前搜集有代表性的典型病例，包括患者的基本情况，诊疗过程及预后情况。……
