电子信息工程一流本科专业建设的研究

摘  要：本文以国家新工科建设为背景，结合目前各高校正在开展的工程教育专业认证，将新工科专业建设改革与工程教育专业认证相结合，深入贯彻OBE人才培养理念，进行以学生为中心的电子信息工程专业建设与改革。研究出以学生为中心的电子信息工程专业创新人才培养模式，为高校电子信息工程专业成功培养出解决“跨界”“复杂工程问题”的科技工程人才和取得工程教育专业认证打下坚实的基础。

Research on the Construction of First Class Undergraduate Major of Electronic Information Engineering

Abstract： Based on the background of china emerging engineering education， combined with the engineering education accreditation currently being carried out in colleges and universities， this paper combines the emerging engineering education construction reform with engineering education accreditation， deeply imple-ments the OBE talent training concept， and carries out the student-centered information engineering major construction and reform. The innovative talent training mode of information engineering major with students as the center is studied， which lays a solid foundation for the successful training of science and technology en-gineering talents to solve "cross-border" and "complex engineering problems" in information engineering ma-jor of colleges and universities and for obtaining engineering education accreditation.

2017年2月以來，我国大力提倡和发展新工科的建设，并达成了“复旦共识”“天大行动”和“北京指南”，积极推进并取得了在工程教育领域领跑世界的特色模式，帮助我国高等教育实现大国崛起[1]。基于我国战略转型的需求，新时代工科专业建设必须从战略高度创新建设理念，而目前我国新经济发展所需的科技工程人才的特征是要能够解决“跨界”“复杂工程问题”，工程专业建设的最终目标也应当落实到能够培养出具备该类特征的科技工程人才[2]。为此，电子信息工程一流本科专业的建设必须以新工科发展为标准，而实施工程教育专业认证，如此才能促进该专业在新工科背景下的建设，所以在该专业的建设中需要进一步明确工程教育认证的内涵及指导思想。
