第三方医学检验面临的机遇和挑战

【摘要】 伴随随着移动互联网的飞速发展，第三方检测认证机构与互联网相结合将在未来成为必然趋势。本文通过阐述近几年来第三方检验的发展现状、营销模式、存在的问题、机遇挑战等，更加深入的探究第三方检验发展趋势，为第三方检验未来的发展提供进一步的思考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of mobile internet，the combination of third-party inspection and certification institutions and the internet will become an inevitable trend in the future. This paper expounds the development status，marketing mode，existing problems，opportunities and challenges of the third-party inspection in recent years，and further explores the development trend of the third-party inspection，so as to provide further thinking for the future development of the third-party inspection.

独立医学实验室即第三方医学诊断，是指拥有卫生部门的许可证，具有企业独立法人资格的医学检测医疗机构[1]。目前，第三方医学实验室大多数与医院进行合作，医院通过“外包”的形式，将采集的样品由合作的第三方检测机构进行检测和结果分析，实验结果将在实验结束后送回医院进行临床的应用。相较于国外，第三方医学检验机构的发展在我国的起步较晚。2009年，随着国家卫生部出台《医学检验所标准（试行）》，独立实验室才真正得以官方正式的引入;2013年10月，《关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》文件出台，为其可观的发展远景建设提供有利的环境和条件[2]。当今，伴随着资本的投入和政策的大力支持，第三方检验机构凭借着高效率、低费用、检测范围广以及精密仪器等优势，实现了从探索起步到快速发展。面对着当前新兴“互联网+检验”的大潮流，第三方检验将会迎来新的发展、机遇以及挑战。本文将针对此做一综述，为进一步促进第三方检验的发展提供新思考。
