卵巢癌患者开展一体化护理服务模式的效果观察

【摘要】目的：卵巢癌对女性生命健康产生严重威胁，本研究对一体化服务模式应用效果进行探究。方法：将80例2017年1月至2020年8月期间在我院接受治疗卵巢癌患者作为本次研究对象，采用随机数字表形式将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各40例，将采用一体化护理服务模式患者纳入研究组，将采用常规护理模式患者纳入对照组，将两组患者护理前后心理状态、生活质量进行对比。结果：护理后研究组患者SAS、SDS评分与对照组患者相比较低（P<0.05）统计学有意义。研究组患者社会功能、心理功能、物质功能、躯体功能评分高于对照组患者（P<0.05）统计学有意义。结论：一体化护理服务对改善卵巢癌患者负面情绪，提高其生活质量具有重要意义。

Effect of Integrated Nursing Service Model in Ovarian Cancer Patients

[Abstract] Objective： Ovarian cancer is a serious threat to women’s life and health. Methods： 80 cases of ovarian cancer were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2020， It was divided into study group and control group by random number table， 40 cases each， Inclusion of patients using the integrated care service model in the study group， Patients with routine care were included in the control group， The psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results： After nursing， the SAS、SDS score of the patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）， which was statistically significant. Compared with the control group （P<0.05）， the scores of social function， psychological function， material function and physical function in the study group were statistically significant. Conclusion： Integrated nursing service is of great significance to improve the negative emotion and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients.

卵巢癌是妇科常见疾病之一，该疾病是发生在卵巢的恶性肿瘤疾病，近年来卵巢癌发病率逐渐上升，该疾病对女性生命健康产生严重威胁，目前手术及化疗是治疗该疾病主要手段[1-2]。但由于术后患者会出现一系列并发症，再加上患者对治疗效果及预后的担心，易出现焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，从而影响患者生活质量，因此临床要对患者实施有效护理干预，对护理服务进行延伸[3]。本研究选取80例在我院接受治疗卵巢癌患者对应用一体化护理服务的效果进行探究，具体探究效果如下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 将我院在2017年1月至2020年8月期间收治80例卵巢癌患者采用随机法进行分组，将其分为两组，研究组40例，对照组40例，研究组患者年龄30～67岁，平均年龄（46.74±1.76）岁。……
