新农科背景下水产养殖专业课程建设探讨

摘要 随着农业农村现代化的深入，“新农科”建设提上日程，指明我国高等农业教育改革的新方向。通过分析新农科为地方高等农业教育带来的挑战，对水产养殖专业饲料分析与质量检测技术课程从教师自我提升、人才培养、面向产业调整课程教学架构和融合协同育人战略4个维度探讨 “新农科”背景下该门课程建设的对策。

Exploration on the Course Construction in Aquaculture Specialty under the Background of New Agricultural Science—Taking Feed Analysis and Quality Inspection Technology Course as an Example

Abstract With the in-depth of the modernization of agriculture and country， the construction of new agricultural science is on the agenda. It indicates the new direction of the reform of higher agriculture education in China. By analyzing the new challenges of new agricultural science for higher agricultural education， the strategies for the course construction of “Feed Analysis and Quality Inspection Technology” in aquaculture specialty were discussed from four dimensions of the teachers self-improvement， personnel training， the industry-oriented adjustment of curriculum teaching architecture and collaborative education strategy.

我国于 2019 年奏响了新农科建设的“三部曲”，《安吉共识》以及“北大仓行动”和“北京指南”分别提出“四个面向”新理念、推出“八大行动” 新举措和实施“百校千项”新项目[1-3]，为高等农业教育指明了发展方向。 “新农科”是相对于传统农科而言的比较概念，是为适应农业农村现代化发展需要而提出的我国农科教育改革的未来方向，承担着国家粮食安全的重要使命，是通过新的资源配置形式实现农业 4.0 的农业高等教育新范式。

《中华人民共和国高等教育法》提出：高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才[4] 。……
