With the rapid development of China's economy today， the scale of enterprises continues to expand， and it also brings new challengesto equipment maintenance and management. In order to adapt to the new market environment， more companies will pay attention to the introduction of newtechnologies and processes， and advanced equipment management， maintenance concepts and equipment maintenance management integrated platfonnshave become an important foundation for continuous innovation and development in China's industrialization process

焦作煤业集团开元化工有限责任公司（以下简称公司）为落！史国家及集團在智能制造、两化融合、智慧能化方面的发展战略，把握机遇，从底层的设备管理方而进行信息化推进工作，旨在引入目前国际流行的设备管理理念及系统，对设备及备件的全生命周期进行规范化、系统化和信息化的管理。以信息他和网络化手段促进企业设备管理工作的深入开展，加强对设备管理过程的精细化管理，确保设备信息的真实性、有效性和全而性，规范设备点巡检、检修、维护及数据采集;增加关键主要设备监控的信息量，提高对关键主要设备状态和趋势分析及控制能力;根据不同设备的特点确定不同的维修策略：事后维修、预防维修、预知维修，加强设备检修成本及过程控制。

1 设备现行管理模式

公司现有设备管理仍然采用以人为核心的离线点榆、专业巡检以及定检检查等模式，各分厂班组人员实现了测温枪、测振仪等点检工具的配置，但漏检、谎检现象屡见不鲜，较难达到点检目的。同时专业人员欠缺成为困扰本单位管理层的土要问题，设备数量多，人员不足导致专业人员巡检工作负荷人，巡榆及设备管理人员均负责较多设备管理工作，影响了故障判断的准确性。

2 设备管理创新模式
