水力发电站运行中的主要问题与策略探析

Analysis of Main Problems and Strategies in Operation of Hydropower Station

[ Abstract] Warer power stanon has made great contribution to China's social and economic development. In order to further promote socialdevelopmenr， water power station needs to continuously improve its working ability and contribute to social developmenr. But from the recent developmentof the power station， it is found that the water conservancy power station is under great pressure because of the increase ofpower load， and many problemsare also hindering the development of the water conservancy power station. In order to solve the related problems， xve must face up to the actual problemsAt the same mne， under the principle of maintaining the power safety， through the observation of the working environment and the adjustment of theworking mode， we can solve the problems encountered in the operation of the power station And bring social and economic benefits. This paper firstpoints out the problems that affect the operation of Water Conservancy Power Station， and gives solutions such as improving the protection device ofmainequipment and optimizing the redundant configuration

水電站在发展过程中优化自身结构，改变工作方式，可以优化工作实施效果，在一定程度上解决我国水资源应用紧张的问题，对我国经济发展有促进作用。但是水电站在发展过程中仍然存在很多问题，为了提高我国水资源应用的合理性，完成对自然资源的科学开发与利用，需要解决水电站运行过程中存在的问题。

1 水力发电站运行期间存在的问题

1.1 施工流程不科学

我国部分水电站节约资源意识较差，将短期经济利益作为发电站的重心，因为发展目标的定位出现偏差，所以会间接影响到水电站运行管理工作的开展，比如施工作业没有按照规划要求进行，因为不科学的管理方式，导致资源浪费的问题难以得到解决。

1.2 监管实施力度弱

水电站内部监管是保证各项工作顺利运行的有效手段，但是因为监管存在管理漏洞，水电站监管无法按照要求开展，长此以往，水电站逐渐呈现出混乱的发展状态。

1.3 员工综合素质低下

水电站管理工作包含很多内容，工作人员需要拥有良好的专业基础，这是完成管理任务的前提条件，但是我国很多水电站负责内部管理工作的人员，不具备专业知识且职业素养不足，没有办法按照管理职位需求调控各项工作，因为管理岗位缺乏拥有专业能力的人才，统筹调控各项工作，长此以往会在水电站运行期间暴露出更多问题。
