[ Abstract]In enterprises， the application of mechanical equipment is already very common， which can guarantee the production efhciency of theenterprise， but failures and problems often occur. It is necessary to do a good job in mechanical equipment management to ensure the orderly operationof the equipment. Therefore， this article further explores the problems and solutions in the management of mechanical equipment， and analyzes in detailthe characteristics of mechanical equipment failures and the importance of management， the main problems existing in the management of mechanicalequipment and the solutions to the problems， xvhich are beneficial to the enterprise. 企業的发展对机械设备的应用十分关键，其中确保设备的有序运转，能够使企业实现高效发展的目标，获取相应的经济效益。在管理机械设备当中涵盖的内容较多，各项管理环节都需要有序开展，并且要给予高度重视，实现高质量的管理质量，才能使设备发挥出最人的价值作用。但是，结合当前的管理情况来说，还有很多问题需要解决，因此针对存在的问题需要积极探究和分析，以便制定相应的解决措施，完善企业发展。

1 机械设备故障特征以及管理重要性分析

从客观角度来说，设备管理有问题出现并不是偶然现象，是日积月累的应用造成的。因此，做好机械设备管理十分关键，首先要明确机械设备故障特征，进而制定相应的管理措施。

1.1 机械设备故障特征分析

针对机械设备的有序运转，因为自身因素以及管理原因会出现一些故障问题。其中，设备故障存在多样化特征。在长期应用设备之后，最常见的现象便是老化以及磨损，因为不同结构有着不同的故障类型，所以会展现出故障多样化的特征。同时，设备发生渐变性特征也越来越突出，因为老化以及磨损产生的影响作用，设备如果继续运行，便会使结构参数有相应的变化，因此存在渐变性特征。此外，设备故障还有潜在性特征和模糊性特征，结合不同特征针对设备开展积极地管理，会产生非常人的价值作用[1]。
