自动检测技术在内燃机装配线上的应用分析

摘要： 自动检测技术属于新兴学科，在不断发展中逐渐引起了人们的重视，也被广泛应用在很多行业。在内燃机装配线中应用自检测技术，可以帮助测试参数。本次研究中主要分析自动检测技术的主要内容，以及这一技术在内燃机装配线中的应用。

Abstract： Automatic detection technology belongs to an emerging discipline， and has gradually attracted people's attention in the continuous development， and has also been widely used in many industries. The application of automatic detection technology in the internal combustion engine assembly line can help to measure parameters. This research mainly analyzes the main content of automatic detection technology， and the application of this technology in the internal combustion engine assembly line.

0 ; 引言

自动化检测技术是以计算机为基础形成的一种新学科，要求很高，耗时长、实际应用难度大。自动检测技术被广泛应用在测试产品出厂性能，定期维修测试以及使用当中的连续测试，还可以用来完成故障定位和检测。近些年我国工业呈现出持续发展的良好势头，内燃机的使用范围也不断扩大。为了让内燃机的组装质量得到保障，需要引入自动检测技术。因为如果只凭借着人工检查，可能会带来比较多的误差率。所以可以通过自动检测技术的应用来帮助收集和处理更多信息。

1  自动检测技术基本任务

自动检测技术一般会应用在系统、部件以及设备等方面的性能测试和故障诊断，可以在电系统中应用，也可以在非电系统中应用。在民用以及军事方面的应用范围都很广泛。主要还是用来诊断故障和测试性能[1]。

1.1 测试性能任务

包含出厂前性能检验，设备维修以及使用中的连续检测。首先，在产品出厂时或者设备返修之后出厂都要完成性能测试。使用自动检测技术，不仅能够让产品的检验质量得到提升，也可以帮助检验人员劳动强度的减少，促进工作效率提升。……
