我国关于返乡创业的研究现状与未来展望

摘 要：为进一步了解目前国内返乡创业研究的研究现状与未来发展趋势。从中国知网期刊数据库中选取2000-2021年以“返乡创业”为主题的CSSCI源期刊，运用Citespace和CNKI的计量分析功能对文献分别从时间、主体、期刊、学科、高被引论文等角度进行分析，揭示了国内返乡创业研究的发展现状，通过关键词、突现词等反映了该领域的研究趋势。结果表明：共筛选文献418篇，主要发表于经济与社会学类型期刊;研究的主要力量和机构之间缺乏协同交流且分布不均衡;研究内容上缺乏对多地区之间农民工返乡创业的深入比较分析。在今后的研究中，有关返乡创业的研究领域需要在研究主体、机构、以及内容上进行进一步的优化。

Research Status and Future Prospect of Returning Home to Start a Business in China

——Based on the Visualized Analysis of Citespace

Abstract： In order to further understand the research status and the future development trend of the research on returning home to start a business in China at present， CSSCI source journals with the theme of ″Returning home to start a business″ from 2000 to 2021 were selected from the CNKI journal database， and the quantitative analysis capabilities of Citespace and CNKI were used to analyze the literatures from the perspectives of time， subject， journal， and highly-cited papers. Then， the development status of the research on returning home to start a business in China was revealed， and the research trend in this field was reflected through the keywords and burst terms. The results showed that a total of 418 articles were selected， which were mainly published in the economic and sociological journals. There was a lack of coordination and communication among the main research forces and institutions and the distribution was not balanced. In terms of the research content， there was a lack of in-depth comparative analysis of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in multiple regions. In the future research， the research field of returning home to start a business should be further optimized in terms of the research subjects， institutions and contents.

改革開放以来，随着城市化进程的加快，农村剩余劳动力不断向发达城市地区转移，产生了第一代农民工，大量农村劳动力不断“外流”，使农村空心化、农业边缘化、农民老龄化问题十分严重[1]。对农民工返乡创业的引导问题引起了学术界的关注。伴随着“大众创业、万众创新”口号的提出和党的十九大关于农村振兴战略的提出，有关返乡创业的研究文献大量涌现。已有相关返乡创业的研究主要集中于对农民工群体返乡创业意愿和行为的影响因素分析上，从现有研究成果来看，影响农民工返乡创业的主要包括2个方面：（1）客观因素。包括政府职能、经济环境、政策环境以及地域属性等，其中良好的政策、经济环境支持能够促进农民工回乡创业，而政府服务意识的模糊及行政行为的滞后则会抑制农民工回乡创业[2-4];（2）主观因素。……
