新时代背景下提升吕梁市档案管理工作水平的新思考

摘  要：新时代背景下，对档案管理工作和工作人员都提出了更高的要求，同时也带来了更多的挑战和机遇。该文在新时代背景下，通过对吕梁市目前档案管理工作中存在的问题进行深入的探讨，发现吕梁市档案管理工作存在以下问题：一是思想站位不高，档案意识淡薄;二是档案管理粗放，信息化水平低;三是档案管库陈旧，现代化水平低;四是档案宣传不力，服务意识较低等。因此，笔者有针对性地提出了五方面的新思考、新举措，旨在为吕梁今后档案管理工作提供一定的借鉴，助力吕梁市档案管理工作高质量发展。

New Thoughts on Improving the Level of Archives Management in Lvliang City under the Background of the New Era

Abstract： Under the background of the new era， higher requirements are put forward for archives management and staff， and more challenges and opportunities are brought. Through in-depth discussion on the problems existing in the current archives management in Lvliang City， there are some problems found in the archives management in Lvliang City： First， the ideological position is not high and the archives consciousness is weak; Second， the archives management is extensive and the information level is low; Third， the archives management library is old and the modernization level is low; Fourth， poor publicity of archives and low service awareness. Therefore， the author puts forward five new thoughts and measures in order to provide some reference for Lvliang's future archives management and help the high-quality development of Lvliang's archives management.

近几年，伴随着机构改革，吕梁市档案系统机构也进行着深入改革，档案工作者主动适应新时代带来的新变化，在探索磨合中寻找工作的定力和突破口，坚持以党建为统领，积极谋划档案事业发展新思路。新时代背景下，档案管理工作的顺利开展对吕梁市提升治理能力和治理水平有极大的意义，这也是吕梁市實现转型跨越发展的基础。因此，提升吕梁市档案管理工作水平显得尤为重要。

2021年是实施“十四五”规划、开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的第一年，这对吕梁市档案管理工作提出更高的要求和迎来更大的机遇挑战。吕梁市地处山区，在数字、信息化发展上相对滞后，在档案管理工作上应用更是有限，为推动吕梁……
