浅谈如何指导幼儿园青年教师开展数学游戏化教学

【摘    要】根据幼儿的年龄特点，在幼儿教育中实施游戏化教学，不仅能够提高幼儿的学习兴趣，使其能够积极主动地参与到教学活动中，而且对幼儿的成长和发展都有很大的帮助。青年教师作为幼儿教育的主导者，如何利用游戏化教学方法提高课堂教学的有效性，是其在开展幼儿教学活动中应该重点思考和研究的问题。

【Abstract】According to the age characteristics of children， the implementation of gamification teaching in early childhood education can not only increase childrens interest in learning and enable them to actively participate in teaching activities， but also very helpful to the growth and development of young children. As the leader of early childhood education， young teachers should focus on thinking and researching how to use gamification teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.

幼儿阶段的儿童认知能力和自主性都非常差，结合幼儿的年龄特征，游戏化教学能够有效调动幼儿对于学习和探索的积极性，还可以促进幼儿身心的健康发展。数学学科是幼儿发展教育的重要内容，数学教学能够有效锻炼幼儿的思维能力，促进幼儿大脑的发育，对幼儿学习能力的提升和智力的开发都是非常重要的。情景教学就是将教学内容融入教师设置的活动情景中，让幼儿沉浸在情景活动中学到相关的数学知识。这种教学方法对于提高幼儿的学习兴趣有非常大的帮助。

一、在幼儿园中开展游戏化数学教学的重要意义

幼儿阶段是儿童语言和思维能力发展的关键时期，在该阶段有效的教学引导能够帮助幼儿开发大脑，丰富他们的语言环境，使其思维能力得到有效开发。由于幼儿年龄普遍都比较小，说教式的教学方式不仅不利于幼儿兴趣的培养，还非常容易使幼儿在学习中产生抵触情绪，不利于幼儿园教学活动的顺利进展。……
