“互联网+”背景下国企工会工作创新分析

【摘  要】网络经济有助于中国社会的进步和发展，在学习、教育以及社会生活中有着前所未有的作用和能量。目前，国有企业经过改革，工会面临着新情况和新挑战。随着企业的发展，工会应继续提高其工作水平，更好地促进企业的发展。基于此，论文主要对当前“互联网+”背景下国企工会工作情况进行分析，探索工会工作的创新，提出了相关的解决对策，以供相关人士交流和借鉴。

【Abstract】The network economy contributes to the progress and development of China's society， and plays an unprecedented role and energy in learning， education and social life. At present， after the reform of state-owned enterprises， labor unions are facing new conditions and new challenges. With the development of the enterprise， the labor union should continue to improve its work level， and better promote the development of the enterprise. Based on this， this paper mainly analyzes the work situation of labor unions in state-owned enterprises under the current "internet +" background， explores the work innovation of labor unions， and puts forward relevant solutions， so as to provide relevant people with communication and reference.

1 引言

在深化改革的背景下，创新的工会工作有助于提高工会的活力和充分发挥其作用。随着经济、技术的快速和全面的发展，越来越多的人逐渐地接受互联网时代，这一现象使人们的生活和工作的各个方面有着巨大变化，同时在企业方面也有着明显变化，它促使着国企走向更广阔的天空。

2 “互联网+”的特征分析

“互联网+”是利用信息通信技术和互联网平台，实现互联网和传统产业之间的深度整合，创造一个新的发展环境。它是一个新的社会模型，充分利用网络在社会资源分配中的优化和集成作用，将通过互联网创新的成果融合于经济和社会发展，创造的一个更广泛的经济发展的新形式。

①跨界融合。就是跨界，就是改革，就是开放，就是重塑融合。有了改变的勇气，创新的基础就更坚实，从研发到产业化的路径才会更笔直。

②创新驱动。国企想要发展必须转变到创新驱动发展这条正确的道路上来。……
