新型建筑防水材料施工应用研究

摘要：随着现代科学技术的不断进步与发展，建筑材料正在逐渐更新。目前我国市场上已经出现许多不同材质、不同用途的建筑材料，其中防水材料被认为是建筑工程应用最为广泛的一种，其具有良好的防水性能及其特殊的使用功能，在工业建筑以及民用建筑中都得到广泛的应用。

Abstract： With the continuous progress and development of modern science and technology， building materials are gradually being updated. At present， many building materials with different materials and different purposes have appeared on the market in my country. Among them， waterproof materials are considered to be the most widely used in construction engineering. They have good waterproof performance and special use functions. They are used in industrial buildings and civil buildings. Both have been widely used.

新型建筑物防水材料將有利于确保建筑物的安全与舒适，对于建筑物进行质量和安全保证不仅只需要保障建筑物的质量，还需要对建筑物的防水性能做出保障。现在我国市面上应用的防水材料品种非常丰富，而且与施工材料相对应的防水施工技术同样非常丰富。所以本文旨在更好地对于建筑防水技术领域的卷材进行研究和建设，对于防水材料的各项特点和其施工技术要求都进行深入的分析，并且针对性地提出严格的质量审核方法和策略，为我国的建筑防水工程事业发展提供理论性的帮助。

1、新型防水材料的选择及应用

1.1、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的主要特点

在各类建筑工程建设项目进行施工设计的时候，一定要根据每一种建筑施工工艺的材料技术性能要点实际情况来合理的选择建筑材料的产品，要充分解知各种建筑材料的具体性能、优缺点和各种材料性能特征，才有机会更正确地对各种建筑材料产品进行合理选择。通过研究可以发现，高聚物材料改性沥青新……
